This the finished window inside and out.
The second problem for the window was it's security. We decided that we should make an additional set of sashes to cover the windows. These new sashes have laminated safety glass and are vented.
The goal was that when you look up at the window from the street, the new sashes blended in with the house.

We start by making a tracings of the window to use as a patterns. We pull and cut the old window apart placing the glass on top of the pattern. You can see the difference in the shine after we clean each piece.
One more to remove and now the real work begins back in the shop.
